The Annual General Meeting of the Exeter Musical Society will take place on Wednesday 25th July 2018 at the Coaver Club (Potter Room), County Hall, Exeter, 7.15pm for prompt 7.30 pm start.
All members and patrons are invited to attend however only fully paid up members are entitled to vote and put forward motions.
The agenda will be available shortly.

All of the officer roles and committee members are up for re-election.
It’s also a chance to give a huge thank you to our out going president and welcome our new president.
We will also be honouring some of our current Members with Life time Membership.
